Matas de Minas

 Mata de Minas, in Minas Gerais, produces high-quality Arabica coffee in rugged Atlantic Forest terrain. Cultivation combines traditional methods with full-sun planting, yielding floral, citrusy coffees with caramel and chocolate notes. Sweet and creamy, with delicate acidity and a long honey-like finish, the region is recognized for its specialty coffees and certified Geographical Indication, supporting sustainable and artisanal production.
